- Navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard → Pages → Add New.
- Add the Title of the page.
- Click on the sign ➕ to add blocks.
- Select or Search the MSL Map Form element.
- Select your Map from the dropdown according to your requirement.
- Click on Publish button.
